Every property and instruction is different. Where appropriate, TaeVora can provide or arrange additional services to extend the agreed inspection or reporting scope.
These services are not included as standard and must be agreed before the inspection. Suitability, availability and any additional fee will be confirmed in writing.
Drone-assisted inspection
High-level inspection
A drone-assisted inspection can provide additional photographs of roof coverings, chimney stacks, flashings and other areas that may be difficult to view safely from ground level.
Availability depends on the property, weather, surrounding conditions, permissions and applicable operational requirements.
Pole-camera inspection
Targeted viewing
A pole-mounted camera can assist with viewing gutters, roof edges, flat roofs, chimney details and high-level elevations that cannot be seen clearly from normal ground-level positions.
It can be particularly useful where drone use is unsuitable or a closer targeted view is required.

Reporting options
Priority report turnaround
Where agreed in advance, TaeVora will aim to issue the completed survey report within 24 hours of the inspection. This service is subject to availability and the size and complexity of the property.
Indicative repair-cost guidance
Broad budget ranges may be provided for selected repairs where agreed. They offer helpful context but are not contractor quotations, formal estimates or guarantees of the final cost.
