Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making TaeVora’s website and services accessible and easy to use.

LAST UPDATED: 08/10/26

1. Our commitment

TaeVora Residential Surveying Ltd is committed to making its website and services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.

We want visitors to be able to find information, request a quotation, contact us and understand our surveying services without unnecessary barriers.

We will continue to review the website and make reasonable improvements when accessibility issues are identified.

2. Website accessibility

When designing and maintaining this website, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page structure

  • Use readable text and appropriate colour contrast

  • Provide meaningful alternative text for important images

  • Use descriptive wording for links and buttons

  • Make pages usable across desktop, tablet and mobile devices

  • Avoid communicating important information through colour alone

  • Keep forms clear and straightforward

  • Support keyboard navigation where the website platform allows

This website is built using Squarespace. Some technical aspects of accessibility are controlled by the Squarespace platform and the features it provides.

3. Accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a reference when reviewing and improving the accessibility of this website.

We do not currently claim that the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Any conformance claim will only be made after the completed website has been appropriately assessed against the applicable requirements.

44. Documents and alternative formats

Some documents available through the website, including example survey reports or PDF documents, may not be fully accessible to every user.

If you need information in a different format, please contact us. We will consider the request and provide a reasonable alternative where possible.

Alternative formats may include:

  • A more accessible digital document

  • Larger text

  • Information provided within an email

  • An explanation by telephone

  • Another reasonable communication method

5. Known accessibility limitations

Some PDF documents, including any example survey reports made available through the website, may not be fully accessible to screen-reader or keyboard users.

Some website functions, including cookie controls and other platform-provided features, are supplied by Squarespace and may have accessibility limitations outside TaeVora’s direct control.

The website has not undergone a full independent accessibility audit, and other accessibility issues may therefore exist. We will continue to review the website and aim to address identified issues where reasonably possible.

6. Reporting an accessibility problem

We will consider requests individually and work with you to identify a reasonable and practical solution.
